Partners Personnel in Carson, CA is urgently hiring Clamp Forklift Operators. The role offers a $20.00/hour pay rate with 1st shift starting 5:30 AM and 2nd shift starting 3:00 PM plus a differential.

You will operate clamp forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage products, ensure proper load balance, and complete safety tests. Requires at least 2 years of clamp forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Peak season bonus of $50 per week is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clamp forklift experience.
• Experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts with clamp attachments.
• Certified forklift operator preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift Clamp equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using clamp equipment.
• Stack and retrieve products while maintaining load balance and control.
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities.
• Move palletized and non-palletized materials using clamp equipment.
• Complete forklift safety video, knowledge test, and hands-on evaluation.
