Job summary

Surge Staffing is hiring a Clamp Forklift Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will safely operate a clamp forklift to pick, move, and stage products across the facility, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The 1st shift runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and the 2nd shift runs 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Prior clamp forklift experience and strong safety awareness are highly valued. Ideal candidates have forklift certification (preferred), are dependable, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous clamp forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of forklift safety.
• Ability to operate a clamp forklift safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a clamp forklift throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and move products using a clamp attachment.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize products.
• Transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Verify products and quantities when picking orders.
• Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
