Job summary

Zenith Insurance Company is seeking a detail‑oriented clerical professional to support Workers’ Compensation operations. You will assist examiners, manage caseloads, perform telephone investigations, and prepare legal documents and letters as directed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in workers’ compensation claims and basic knowledge of medical management protocols.

• Meets all state regulatory standards regarding licensing, continuing education, and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist examiners and management of caseload with clerical duties.
• Conduct telephone investigations and disability status checks with physicians and policyholders.
• Arrange medical examinations and prepare routine memorandums and letters.
• Prepare and type legal documents and related forms.
• Process disability and medical payments within authority.
• Monitor disability schedule payments and cancellations.
