Globe Life is seeking a detail-oriented Support Claims Clerk to join our onsite team in Oklahoma City. You will assist the claim operation by organizing claim information, entering data, and producing verification materials for examiners and analysts.

Strong typing, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role emphasizes data integrity, privacy (HIPAA), and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure timely processing of claims.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and MS Office preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and maintain accuracy.
• Strong typing, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, import, and index claim documents into OnBase via RightFax or Outlook.
• Input initial benefit lines into Mainframe for new claims.
• Prepare and send letters for information requests to outside parties.
• Maintain policy data accuracy across multiple databases.
• Provide basic customer service to external companies via phone or email.
