Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Support Claims Clerk to join our Oklahoma City operations. The role involves organizing claim information for processing, data entry into mainframe systems, and supporting examiners and outside companies. Onsite position with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong typing, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior data entry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior data entry experience a plus.
• Work experience in a production environment preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort, import, and index claim documents into OnBase using RightFax or Outlook.
• Research unmatched mail items and forward to the appropriate department or examiner.
• Input initial benefit lines into Mainframe system for new claims.
• Assist examiners and analysts by creating and sending out letters for requested information.
• Research and verify policy information for outside companies.
