Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to provide administrative and document management support to the claims team. This role is responsible for accurately processing claim documentation, maintaining electronic claim files, and supporting day‑to‑day administrative activities that help ensure an efficient claims operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail‑oriented work, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Previous insurance experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build a career within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, scan, and electronically file incoming claim documents
• Accurately index documentation into the appropriate electronic claim files
• Prepare letters, forms, and claim‑related documents for mailing
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
• Support claims professionals with general administrative and clerical activities
• Ensure document accuracy and timely processing
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Education and Licenses

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or administrative experience beneficial

Candidate should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
