You will contribute to accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the claims process. The ideal candidate brings experience in claims resolution, investigations, and coordination, plus the ability to adopt new technologies to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims resolution, policies, procedures, regulations and applicable laws.
• Experience coordinating investigations and reviewing supporting materials, documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supports a strategy to improve claims resolution efficiency aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and information relative to claims. Helps ensure claims and settlement agreements are handled consistently.
• Develops and maintains proficiency with claim systems and databases.
• Coordinates investigations into claims and reviews the claimants' materials, documents, reports, etc.
• Maintains a diary of all claims, posts reserves in a timely fashion, and expeditiously responds to claims inquiries.
• Compiles file documentation and correspondence requiring extensive policy and factual detail. Assists in developing and executing claims best practices.
• Protects confidential data and ensures privacy standards are followed for sensitive information.
