Job summary

Concord Group Insurance invites motivated students to join a summer Associate Claims Adjuster Intern program. You will work on real projects in the Claims Department with on- the- job training and mentorship from senior leaders.

The 10–12 week program offers a broad education in the insurance industry and prepares you for a possible role with Concord Group Insurance after graduation.

Qualifications

• GPA of at least 3.0 and study focus in business or justice related fields.
• Experience with Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Claims Department leadership on special projects.
• Gain exposure to Property & Casualty claims and related processes.

Hello, future Concord Group Insurance Intern! We’re very excited to welcome you to our team this summer! As an Associate Claims Adjuster Intern, you’ll be joining a collaborative group of Adjusters in our Claims Department. During your internship, you’ll receive all the support you need to be successful including on-the-job training and mentorship from our talented team members. You won’t just be job shadowing, you’ll be doing real work through a series of projects and tasks designed by our senior leadership team.

Our 10-12-week program is structured to provide you with a well-rounded education in the insurance industry and an opportunity to explore the many career paths our company has to offer. The goal of our program is to provide you with all the fundamentals you need to pursue a role with Concord Group Insurance post-graduation!

What You’ll Bring

• At least a 3.0 GPA and a study focus in the following areas: Business Administration, Business Management, or Justice Studies

• Working directly Claims Department leadership to complete special projects relating to claims activities
• Gaining exposure to all types of Property & Casualty claims, including Physical Damages, Bodily Injury and Property
• Helping us build an even better internship experience through your insights and feedback!
• At the conclusion of your summer internship, you will present your work, skills, achievements and experience to our senior leadership team
