Job summary

National Interstate Insurance Company seeks a Claims Operations Associate to join our team in Richfield, Ohio. The role supports basic to moderately complex claims and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four on-site days and one remote day; on-site core days are Tue–Thu to align with business needs. Applicants must have at least 3 years in claim operations or customer service.

• Working knowledge of claim data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Handles moderately complex claims including claims with coverage questions or recovery potential.
• Assists in identifying opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
