Job summary

Sidecar Health is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to own the full training lifecycle for its Enablement team. You will design content, deliver sessions, manage logistics, and ensure new hires reach floor readiness on the Claims team.

You will collaborate across Claims, Member Care, Clinical, and Provider Ops, contributing to broader Enablement efforts and knowledge management. Prior experience shaping training in healthcare operations is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a similar role.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for assigned operations teams and evaluate floor readiness.
• Design and facilitate refresher, upskilling, and process change training across claims workflows.
• Build and maintain training materials: e-learning modules, simulations, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Develop a repeatable claims training library with queue-specific modules.
• Manage LMS administration, scheduling, and logistics for sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness using data, QA results, and supervisor feedback.
