Responsibilities

• Process non-technical claims timely in accordance with regulations.
• Evaluate claim information and complete regulatory forms.
• Perform financial transactions such as paying bills and transfers.
• Collaborate with underwriting, insureds, claimants, providers, and adjusters.
• Review and reconcile reports related to claims.
• Provide day-to-day procedural guidance and answer questions.
• Verify coverage applicability and process new claim notices.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
