Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is hiring a senior claims leader to own the results of a team including Team Leads and adjusters. You will be accountable for quality, speed, financial outcomes, staffing and client relationships, turning leadership strategy into daily execution.

The role requires 8+ years in claims with supervisory experience, a licensed adjuster, and a track record of performance management. This is a 100% remote position in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of claims experience, including 3+ years supervising a team of leads.
• Strong command of commercial auto or rental vehicle claims, including BI, APD and litigation.
• Demonstrated results in performance management, quality and financial outcomes.
• Excellent client-facing, written and analytical skills; comfort with data and dashboards.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state license where available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license. Willing to obtain any additional required licenses within 60 days, including state testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leads and adjusters; hold regular 1-on-1s, set goals and run performance reviews.
• Own team results on cycle time, severity, reserve accuracy, litigation rate and file quality.
• Approve reserves and settlements within authority; escalated larger exposures with a clear recommendation.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, staffing levels, workload balance and succession planning.
• Run the team’s weekly and monthly business reviews and report results, risks and actions to the VP.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for carriers, clients and program managers; respond to audits and corrective action requests.
• Make sure handling follows client instructions, regulations and internal SOPs; run quality assurance and coaching programs.
• Review aging inventory, high-exposure files and litigation with leads and drive action plans.
• Partner with Legal, SIU, Finance, Training and Product teams on process, technology and cost improvements.
• Manage vendors, panel counsel and the team’s budget and expense targets.

Location Requirement

About the role
