Orion180 Insurance Co. in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a team of claims adjusters handling property damage and first-party liability.

You will ensure regulatory and company policy compliance while maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and brokers. You will review claims, determine coverage, negotiate settlements, report performance metrics to executives, and drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance claims processing and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property claims management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Professional certification in claims management or insurance is a plus.

Join our Team as a Claims Manager

The Claims Manager will oversee our insurance claims related to property damage and first party liability. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of claims adjusters, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and maintaining relationships with policyholders and other stakeholders.
