Job summary

Concord Group Insurance seeks a motivated Claims Representative Intern at the Bedford Branch for a 10–12 week summer program. You will work with the Claims Department on special projects, gaining exposure to Property & Casualty claims and mentoring throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and contribute to claims experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Proven organizational skills for tracking through projects.
• Effective communication, including presenting and reporting analytical findings.
• Experience with Excel is preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; study areas include Business Administration, Business Management, or Justice Studies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Claims Department leadership on special projects related to claims activities.
• Expose yourself to Property & Casualty claim types: Physical Damages, Bodily Injury, and Property.
• Assist in shaping internship experience with insights and feedback.
