TEKsystems in Madison, WI is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist for a contract role. The position supports setup and processing of specialty insurance claims with a focus on accuracy and investigative work.

The role is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with a typical 37.5-hour work week. Expected hours are Monday–Friday, approx. 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CT. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with eligibility rules for benefits in this temporary role.

Responsabilidades

• Review claim documents and enter information into the claims system.
• Perform manual claim setup and data entry with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve problem losses with missing information.
• Make outbound calls to agents, insureds, and claimants to obtain details.
• Review documents to identify information needed for claim setup.
• Follow special handling procedures for specialty and financial lines.
• Work across multiple systems to complete intake activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work completed and claim activity.
