• PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of ECM, STAR (Claim System), Genelco/GIAS, Siebel, UTS, Casetrak, Docsql, Benefits Manager, ImagePlus, and Index Assist Tool
• Aptitude for math and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA
• Detailed oriented
