Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Claims Specialist to submit and follow up on insurance and third-party claims in a timely, compliant manner. The role supports cash flow and patient experience by ensuring accurate, regulated claim handling.

Candidates with health care revenue cycle exposure and knowledge of CPT/ICD coding or health information systems are preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate PC proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Experience in a health care revenue cycle environment preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD codes and health information systems is a plus.
