Qualifications

• Two years billing/collection experience in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic typing skills; ability to manage cash and provide change.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process inpatient and outpatient medical claims timely per standards.
• Research claim status to ensure billed dollars and AR balance align with contracts.
• Perform follow-up to resolve errors per audits and improvement plans.
• Review claim documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Produce reporting on claims volume and savings.
