The role requires strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, with a focus on commercial property and casualty claims. You will produce ad-hoc reports and collaborate with TPA, IT, and external vendors. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL experience with data quality and integrity focus.
• Knowledge of insurance claims operations, especially commercial property and casualty.
• Adherence to data quality standards to ensure accuracy and provide logical approach to identify, compare, resolve, and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections according to defined business rules and procedures.
• Research and determine scope and complexity of issues and identify steps to resolve data exceptions across systems in a timely, accurate manner.
• Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions.
• Determine business impact level for data quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TPA, IT, vendors) to analyze and correct data quality errors.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting for TPA, Business, IT teams, and external partners.
