Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance claims operations, especially commercial property & casualty.
• Adherence to data quality standards to ensure accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections per defined business rules and procedures.
• Research and determine scope and steps to resolve data exceptions across systems in a timely manner.
• Determine root causes of data quality errors and propose long-term solutions.
• Determine business impact level for data quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and correct data quality errors; produce ad-hoc reports.
