Qualifications

• SQL hands-on experience; Snowflake preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance industry and claims operations, especially commercial property & casualty.
• Adherence to data quality standards to ensure accuracy and drive improvements.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to self-start and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections per business rules.
• Research scope and resolve data exceptions across systems in timely, accurate manner.
• Determine root cause for data quality errors and recommend long-term solutions.
• Assess business impact level for data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Claims, IT, and vendors to fix data quality errors.
• Produce ad-hoc reports for TPA, Business, IT, and external partners.
