Schedule:Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm EST (overtime required during catastrophes)

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, answering questions on claims previously reported, and addressing inquiries related to settlement, status, and pending documentation.
