American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a remote Customer Service Representative for our inbound Claims contact center. As our customer service representative, you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. You may also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status, and pending documentation.
This position has a hybrid schedule, with 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia, OH and the remaining working from home. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 10am - 7pm EST. Overtime during catastrophes is required.
