Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a driven Claims Assistant to support the claims process and deliver exceptional service to insureds, claimants, and internal teams.

You will organize and manage documentation, assist adjusters, and ensure accurate records across bills, reports, photos, and correspondence. A fast-paced environment rewards reliability and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within CRS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 0–2 years claims experience, Workers’ Compensation and/or General Liability/Auto coverage preferred
• Strong understanding of WC, GL, and Auto insurance coverage and claims procedures

Responsibilities

• Receive, gather, and transmit claims information from insureds, claimants, and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate data in the claims system through full lifecycle of the claim.
• Generate daily checks for medical payments.
• Compile and interpret reports for designated accounts as requested.
• Assist adjusters with state reporting, bill payments, and provider communications.

In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of the claims process, delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams, insureds, claimants, and partners alike. You’ll play a vital role in supporting adjusters by organizing and managing critical claim documentation, from bills and legal correspondence to photos and reports, while ensuring everything is accurately maintained in the system. Essential Responsibilities

• Receive, gather, and accurately transmit claims information to the company from insured, claimants, and internal staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate data on the computer system throughout the claim process, including final settlements.
• Generate daily checks for medical payments.
• Compile and interpret reports on designated accounts as requested.
• Handle medical workers’ compensation claims and/or general liability and auto claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage multiple tasks and duties simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Assist adjusters with mandatory State Reporting, payment of bills, and managing correspondence with medical providers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years claims experience with strong background in Workers’ Compensation and/or General Liability and Auto coverage preferred.
• Skills & Technical Competencies: Understanding of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto insurance coverage, proficiency in claims processing procedures, strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Invests in the understanding and application of claims principles and practices and insurance coverage interpretation as it relates to consulting, evaluating, and resolving claims. Actively contributes to defined workflows, including related processes, procedures, and deliverables, and utilizing resources to deliver a world class client experience and adhering to compliance requirements.
