Job summary

Workplace Options is seeking a Claims Analyst to join our Birmingham, Alabama team. This full-time position reports to the Director of Claims Administration and focuses on accurate, timely processing of Claims data.

You will provide clerical support to the Finance Division, perform data entry, and deliver customer service to providers and members. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of data-entry experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year data entry or similar role experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process claims data accurately and timely.
• Provide clerical support to Finance as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to providers and members.
• Transcribe data from paper to computer files.
• Create spreadsheets with large figures.
• Reconcile information posted and generated.
• Process monthly client billings.
• Maintain orderly files and records.
