Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Claims Advocate to serve as the primary contact for clients requiring assistance with claims and insurance-related matters.

This role acts as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers and other stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and equitably.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of agency claims experience, solid knowledge of policies, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple claims.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of agency claims experience or related role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, practices and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy for clients.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in initiating, managing, and resolving claims.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on agency claims and coverage.
• Liaise between clients, carriers, adjusters and stakeholders to facilitate resolutions.
• Monitor claim statuses and provide regular updates to clients.
