Processing Documentation
- Review and process claims according to company policies and procedures.
- Verify claim details, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Enter claim information into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
Customer Communication Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims status and required documentation.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of claim decisions and resolutions.
- Address customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset while maintaining company policies.
Collaboration Issue Resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to investigate claim discrepancies or issues.
- Escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
- Identify trends in claims to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors.
Compliance Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims processed.
- Prepare reports on claim trends, resolutions, and outstanding cases.
Qualifications Required:- Bachelor s degree in any field .
Eligibility Criteria:- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory .
- Candidate must be comfortable working in the night shift .
- This is a remote work-from-home (WFH) opportunity .
- High-speed internet and power backup are required.
