Processing Documentation
  • Review and process claims according to company policies and procedures.
  • Verify claim details, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Enter claim information into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
Customer Communication Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims status and required documentation.
  • Provide clear and professional explanations of claim decisions and resolutions.
  • Address customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset while maintaining company policies.
Collaboration Issue Resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams to investigate claim discrepancies or issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
  • Identify trends in claims to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors.
Compliance Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims processed.
  • Prepare reports on claim trends, resolutions, and outstanding cases.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in any field .
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory .
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in the night shift .
  • This is a remote work-from-home (WFH) opportunity .
  • High-speed internet and power backup are required.
