Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in claims adjusting, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, legal requirements, and claims procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine the extent of damage or loss.
• Gather and review evidence, including photographs, repair estimates, and witness statements.
• Communicate with policyholders, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate and settle claims according to insurance policies and legal standards.
