Aspen Pacific Corp. is seeking a Claims Adjuster in Newark, NJ to evaluate insurance claims, assess liability, and negotiate settlements with policyholders.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $79,660 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement matching, and PTO. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in claims processing.

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar role in insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Review insurance policies to determine coverage for claims.
• Investigate and document details of accidents, incidents, or losses.
• Interview involved parties to gather information and assess damages.
• Evaluate medical records, repair estimates, and other documents to support claim decisions.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders, attorneys and third parties.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and communications.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.
