Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine liability and extent of damages.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information.
• Evaluate and settle claims using policies, laws, and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim approval or denial.
• Coordinate with repair shops, medical providers, and other service providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims.
