Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster specialist in Anchorage, AK, offering a hybrid work model with four days per month in the office for meetings, training and collaboration. As a claims adjuster specialist, you’ll play a critical role managing attorney represented bodily injury (BI) claims. An ideal candidate will have experience managing an inventory independently, experience assessing and evaluating liability, coverage, and damages, as well as working independently and directly with attorneys to negotiate and settle claims. This is a hybrid role. You’ll be expected to report to an office about four days per month for important meetings, training, and collaboration and will have the benefit of continued coaching from a supportive team. If you prefer an in-office environment, you’re welcome to work in the office more than four days per month.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Auto and/or commercial insurance experience
• 12 months injury claims experience

Compensation

• You’ll be paid $75,600 to $98,000/year depending on experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
