Responsibilities

• Investigate and assemble facts, determine policy coverage and loss amount.
• Study policies, endorsements, and forms to understand coverage.
• Assist with resolution of claims and attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of claims.
• Engage with agents, policyholders and others to service needs.
• Handle investigations by phone, mail and on-site.
