Arbella Insurance Group is seeking a Claim Intern for the Fall 2026 semester, onsite at our Quincy, MA headquarters. The role supports the Claim Team with data entry, payments processing, and administrative tasks under supervision, with a dedicated mentor to guide development. The schedule is 15+ hours per week and flexible around class commitments.

Potential for extension based on business needs. Open to all college majors with strong time management and meticulous organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process loss and expense payments within granted settlement authority for all lines of business.
• Data entry into multiple claim and related databases systems.
• Request police reports and investigative material as directed by the Claim Professional.
• Prepare letters and correspondence as directed by the Claim Professional.
• Provide administrative support to Claim Professionals (printing, filing, copying documents).

This position starts September 2026 and is located onsite at our headquarters (Quincy MA). The schedule is 15 + hours a week and is flexible to your class schedule. Additional hours are available. The internship is till the end of the semester with the potential option of being extended. A dedicated mentor will be offered to guide you as you progress through the internship.
