Job summary

FINRA seeks an experienced professional to provide operational and analytical support for CJIS information management. You will monitor training, validate FBI/NIST policy compliance, and compile evidence for audits.

The role requires collaboration, independent work, and strong communication while operating in a hybrid environment with occasional travel. Responsibilities include monitoring monthly SLA metrics, maintaining CJI content, and contributing to cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of business analytics, compliance, legal, audit, or related fields. Direct experience with implementing or monitoring compliance with FBI Policy or NIST policies is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e., Excel
• Proven ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate enterprise-wide CJI training of all required FINRA personnel on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with FBI Policy training requirements when accessing CJI, including CHRI.
• Support the operationalization of FBI Policy and other federal standards into measurable activities.
• Compile and review evidence from FINRA’s fingerprint channeler and participating providers to validate compliance with FBI security requirements.
• Analyze monthly reports from FINRA’s fingerprint channeler to validate SLAs are met and track metrics.
• Compile evidence for FBI CJIS audits of the FINRA Fingerprint Program and track remediation progress.
• Research possible FBI-reportable CJI incidents and create incident summaries for management.
• Compile performance data supporting OKRs and KPIs to maintain a culture of measurement and compliance.
• Maintain current knowledge of FBI Policy, federal regulations, and industry best practices through continuing education.
• Maintain CJI-related content on finra.org and FINRAnet with the latest information for FBI Policy and related requirements.
• Contribute to meetings and events concerning FINRA’s Fingerprint Program with updates.
• Other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
• Demonstrate FINRA’s values and collaborate in-person and virtually to support investor protection and market integrity.
