Job summary

FINRA is seeking a specialist to support and monitor security policies around criminal justice information (CJI) and FBI CJIS requirements. The role reports to the Associate Director, CJIS Services and focuses on training compliance, policy operationalization, and audit support.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with at least five years in analytics/compliance and strong Excel skills. The position is hybrid with potential travel and offers comprehensive benefits to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of business analytics, compliance, legal, audit, or related fields. Direct experience with FBI Policy or NIST policies is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e., Excel.
• Proven ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate enterprise-wide CJI training of all required FINRA personnel on a monthly basis.
• Support the operationalization of FBI Policy and other federal standards into measurable activities.
• Compile and review evidence for FBI CJIS audits of the FINRA Fingerprint Program.
• Analyze monthly fingerprint channeler SLA metrics and identify gaps for management.
• Research FBI-reportable CJI incidents and create incident summary reports for management review.
