Job summary

Silver Air is seeking a Citation CJ3 Captain to join our CJ3 fleet at Van Nuys. You will fly for an owner who is a Doctor on a legacy account with Silver Air that flies charter and other missions, with room to grow and lead within the team.

You will rotate across the CJ3 fleet, build flight hours, and work with a leadership team passionate about hospitality. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, exceptional service, and flexible scheduling for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication are essential.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance status to ensure airworthiness.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Complete weather/route and airport checks for the mission.
• Ensure flight complies with Silver Air policies and FAA regulations.
• Ensure safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately complete all trip paperwork.
