Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Survey CAD Drafter skilled in Civil 3D to join our Florida team. You will prepare detailed CAD drawings, collaborate with engineers and surveyors, and apply Civil 3D for design and documentation on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D CAD drafting experience.
• Experience in land surveying, SUE, utilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Strong drawing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects and field teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil 3D CAD Drafting, Land Surveying, SUE, utilities, or similar experience
• An associate's degree or higher in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and land surveying techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
