Job summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Project Scheduler to support civil works programs by developing integrated schedules using PROMIS/P2 and Primavera. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and budget across multiple phases.

Responsibilities include data collection, CPM analyses, and advising project managers on schedule risks, mitigation strategies, and cost integration. Some travel may be required and a background suitability review is conducted.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes developing and analyzing complex master schedules for large Civil Works projects.
• Experience with CPM to forecast delays and variances.
• Ability to advise on schedule impacts and time-extension requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation of scope, schedule, and budget in a comprehensive management plan.
• Document project plans in P2.
• Collect project execution data from the delivery team.
• Assist PM and PDTs with earned value analyses to resolve cost/schedule variances.
