Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience including development/oversight of financial and budgetary information to support execution of UCACE Civil Works mission.
• Experience providing technical advice and support to district-level staff and field office personnel on Civil Works projects.
• Time-in-grade requirements apply for GS-12 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct complex projects and studies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
• Plan, assign, and review work based on priorities and capabilities to meet production and accuracy goals.
• Provide expert analysis of qualitative/quantitative methods for program assessment and improvement.
• Lead program and project management activities across Civil Works programs.
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and share data including trend analysis and project scheduling.
