Job summary

Brannan Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead civil underground wet utility projects from preconstruction through closeout in Denver, Colorado.

You will develop accurate estimates, secure work, and manage awarded projects to meet safety, quality, schedule, and client expectations. A bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management is preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of civil construction contract management experience.
• Experience with underground wet utility projects preferred.
• Proven estimating and project management skills.
• Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid or B2W; MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive estimates and manage awarded projects.
• Lead safety, quality, and scheduling through preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers and contractors.
• Maintain CPM schedules and project documentation.
