Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to oversee construction projects in the Colorado Front Range, including Longmont. The role requires leadership in planning, budgeting, and negotiation, with focus on underground utilities and site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in construction management, strategic planning, logistics management, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of wet utilities and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project objectives.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced (Sr. ) Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. You'll be in charge of overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from strategic planning and negotiation, to logistics and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of underground utility construction, site work/earthwork and pre-construction. We are looking for a leader who can manage projects, estimate costs, and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet project objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
