Tower Communications Expert (TCE) seeks a Civil Crew Leader to direct daily civil field activities and supervise a crew on telecom infrastructure projects in the Dallas area. You will work hands-on with excavation, trenching, concrete, foundations, grounding, conduit installation, site prep, and restoration, while upholding safety standards and project timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in civil construction or telecom projects, and experience leading crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years civil construction, telecom, or infrastructure experience.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring civil field crews.
• Hands-on experience with excavation, trenching, concrete, foundations, grounding, conduit, and site restoration.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and civil construction practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate daily crew activities, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
