Job summary

Capstone Solutions is seeking civil construction workers to support projects in the greater Seattle area. You will clear and prepare sites, assist in building tower structures, mix and pour concrete, and manage materials while adhering to safety standards.

We offer competitive wages, overtime, per diem for overnight travel, and 10 paid days off. A valid driver’s license and 1–3 years of on-site experience are preferred; travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction
• Assist in building structures for tower sites
• Mix and pour concrete
• Unload and load materials for job site
• Dig trenches
• Follow safety measures for civil field work
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• A valid driver's license
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
