Job summary

Metric Geo, in partnership with a leading civil contractor in Missouri, seeks a Project Superintendent for Springfield, MO. You will lead field operations, manage safety, schedule, budget, and ensure work meets plans and specs from kickoff to closeout.

You will oversee daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and workforce management. OSHA 30 certification is required, and experience with self-perform work is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience managing self-perform work is a plus.

Metric are partnered with an impressive civil contractor in Missouri to find a Project Superintendent. The right candidate will lead field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. This role will oversee daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management from project kickoff through closeout.
