Keystone Engineering Inc. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering Resource Manager to lead the Port Arthur, TX team, overseeing discipline staff and project execution.

This role requires a PE license in Texas, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel to site visits as needed and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain Keystone's standard of engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Texas PE license.
• Oil & gas industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor discipline staff.
• Own technical responsibility for all discipline activities.
• Coordinate staffing with project teams and weekly meetings.
• Recruit, interview and hire discipline personnel.
• Interface with HR to address personnel issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and client interface.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved.
