Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university is required.
• Willingness to collaborate, learn, and ask for help when necessary.
• Strong commitment to safe and effective work practices.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Civil engineering experience in an industrial setting with project management and design skills is preferred; entry level considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects through all phases from feasibility to close-out.
• Develop scope of work, schedules, and estimates for capital projects.
• Provide technical engineering and project management oversight for plant systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting related to operations and maintenance.
• Maintain technical knowledge via workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• Prepare hydro dam safety quarterly inspection reports and annual Dam Safety Surveillance Plans for FERC submission.
