Responsibilities

• Analyze failures, evaluate construction quality, and review design or maintenance procedures.
• Perform field investigations and document damaged property with multi-party examinations.
• Research failure modes and code requirements; prepare repair/remediation recommendations.
• Prepare reports outlining origin and cause of damages for clients.
• Manage or collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on large, complex assignments.
