We'll rely on you to perform calculations and evaluations in the design of structures--everything from new, multi-building complexes and manufacturing facilities to structure renovations and restoration or rehab of industrial facilities. Working together, you'll help design structures to withstand environmental stresses and human pressures for a better tomorrow.

With mentorship and guidance from our Professional Engineers and technical experts, you will grow to become an integral member of the design team, counted on to assist in the performance of structural analysis and design for our projects. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills as you work closely with Project Managers, Professional Engineers, and Designers across different disciplines. As part of this team, you will perform increasingly complex calculations and analysis as the structural design is developed, and learn to work with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on paper and in the model.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control, being committed to checking their own work and reaching out to peers and seniors for guidance when questions arise. Bring your desire to develop your engineering knowledge and professional judgment, and your exceptional organizational skills and we’ll help you grow, and pursue what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Current enrollment in a degree seeking program in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from an accredited program
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, & Word
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

  • Technical proficiency in programs such as RISA-3D, Matlab, STAAD, BlueBeam, finite analysis software, 3D structural analysis software
