Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Preferred graduation window between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to start between May 2027 and June 2027.
• Preferred courses: Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis.
• Solid working foundation with core concepts in the major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and basic software tools.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute individually and work well in teams.
• Ability to problem solve effectively.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to navigate client sites and walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside and travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design calculations and structural analyses.
• Support site visits and data collection under supervision.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers to strengthen infrastructure for energy projects.
