Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience. You will work closely with our design team, serve in a consultative role, and support our field marketing team to build relationships with civil engineering clients while contributing to our business goals.

You will collaborate with department design engineers, assist in creating engineering designs and analyses, and help ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program, Civil preferred.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, and CAD basics.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineers to present project-specific solutions.
• Assist in creating engineering designs and plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
• Provide submittal, production, and product delivery support.
• May conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
• Maintain engineering standards and procedures.
